Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • We accept available payment methods displayed on the website (e.g., Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or online payment where applicable).
  • Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation of payment (except COD).

 

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for review.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective (verified by our team)

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
