Due to the intimate nature of our products, we strictly follow hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
❌ No Return or Exchange Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Panties
- Lingerie sets
- Shapewear
- Any worn, washed, or used items
✅ Eligible for Exchange or Refund
We offer exchange or refund only in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size received
- Damaged or defective product
Size Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are allowed only with any article in the same price range.
Customer Self-Return
- The customer sends the parcel themselves through any courier
- After this shares the tracking number
- Refund or exchange processed after the parcel is received
How the Process Works
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your reason.
- After approval from our side, return the product.
Product Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Must be in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
Products failing these conditions will not be eligible.
Processing Time
Exchange & Refund processing: 3–5 working days after successful quality inspection
